About Me

Having begun my career in a traditional frame-making workshop under the guidance of master craftsmen, I not only learned the precision of the craft but also the importance of preserving and passing on these time-honoured skills. This foundation instilled in me a deep respect for the artistry and heritage behind every frame and every restoration.

Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working with museums, galleries, and private collectors, carefully conserving and restoring fine works of art. My journey has taken me from the historic city of Seville, where I worked as an art conservator, to London, where I honed my skills as a gilder. Today, I am based in Hampshire and West Sussex, continuing this tradition of excellence.

With over ten years of dedicated experience, I bring expertise, sensitivity, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Every piece I work on is treated with the utmost care, using the finest traditional techniques to ensure its preservation and presentation at the highest possible standard.

I am a specialist restorer of gilded antiques, with a particular focus on traditional water gilding and the conservation of ornate composition plasterwork frames. My work spans a wide range of projects, from the restoration of historic frames and fine furnishings to bespoke gilding, decorative finishes, and the conservation of paintings and artworks.
